Teri is a native of Lebanon, Ohio, and moved to Delaware with her family after her high school graduation. She graduated from the U. of Delaware with a degree in English and Education. From there she began a 33-year odyssey with the Caesar Rodney School District in Camden, DE, earning a Master’s Degree along the way. She joined Hermann Financial Services in August of 2005. Six years later, she continues to enjoy meeting and helping clients as well as contributing to a smooth and seamless administration of services and related issues.

Teri resides in Milford, Delaware, with her husband, Don. Don, a native of Dover, Delaware, is a Vietnam veteran, golfer, car enthusiast, City of Milford employee and all-around great guy. Teri and Don have four grown children—three daughters and one son. They are also the proud grandparents of three adorable granddaughters.
