Billy is a native Delawarean. He graduated from Milford High School in 1991 and from Hobe Sound Bible College in Hobe Sound, Florida in 1999.  Upon completing college, Billy ventured back to Delaware and became a top sales professional at IG Burton Chevrolet. 

Billy was married in June of 2005. He and his wife, Tara, live near Harrington, Delaware with their 3 boys, William, Dallas, and Bryce. 

In 2006, Billy became licensed for Life, Health, and Financial Services, and hasn't looked back. Having spent time as agent with both Metlife and Nationwide, he comes to us with great experience in the field and gives an extra measure of depth and service to our firm.

When he is not in the office, Billy enjoys reading, writing, spending time with his family, and serving the youth at Cannon Mennonite Church.
